Compliments: If we’ve met or exceeded your expectations, please let us know by email, phone or letter using the contact details at contact us.

Complaints: If our service has not met your expectations, please follow these steps:

  1. Talk to the person who provided the service so that they are aware of your concerns and can try to improve the situation.
  2. If this approach is not successful, contact the A Fairer World Coordinator using the contact details at contact us.
  3. If you’re concern is still not addressed to your satisfaction, please write to the President of A Fairer World. Please mark the envelope “Private and Confidential”, and address to:

If you believe your right to confidentiality has not been respected, you can call the Privacy Commissioner on 1300 363 992.

If you believe you have been discriminated against, you can contact the Office of the Tasmanian Anti- Discrimination Commissioner on 1300 305 062.
