The A Fairer World team had a wonderful time with Neighbourhood Houses Tasmania who listened into our fantastic lived experience experts! Human ‘books’ chatted with audience members about building diversity and inclusion skills for workplaces.
The workshop had a 100% positive response rate, with attendees committing to be more inclusive. With the addition of the valuable feedback shared about the workshop it was not only effective in building new skills but also built a sense of community and open communication among participants. This kind of feedback is a powerful testament to the success of the workshop!
