The A Fairer World team recently wrapped up the school term at Taroona Primary School with one of our Hobart Human Library workshops. One of the students shared, “After hearing these stories, I feel more ‘normal’.”

It was a really touching moment for us. It reminded us why we do this work, because creating safe spaces where students can connect with real stories and see themselves reflected in others is powerful. In that simple sentence, we heard the impact of empathy, connection, and understanding.
