Thanks to the support of a grant from the Hobart City Council, we have been working with a dedicated group of storytellers to develop their voices and share their lived experiences. Through our Community Educator Training program, participants are learning how to combine personal storytelling with practical strategies for creating meaningful social change.

As part of this journey, our storytellers are connecting with experienced human ‘books’ from the Hobart human library. By listening, learning, and exchanging stories, they are gaining valuable insights into the power of storytelling to challenge stereotypes and build understanding.

Throughout this month, we will come together across three sessions to learn from one another, strengthen connections, and continue working towards our shared vision of zero discrimination.
