It was a pleasure to deliver our Hobart human library session with Hobart College in March. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of their Harmony Day Assembly – Everyone Belongs.
Harmony Day celebrates the diversity that brings Australians together, promoting inclusiveness, respect, and a strong sense of belonging for all.
Our Human Books, Mem and David, shared their powerful stories alongside A Fairer World Trainer Zelah, who facilitated the session. Students took part in a Q&A and were engaged, enthusiastic, and eager to listen and learn.
While we are all different, creating spaces where everyone feels they belong is key to true inclusion.
